What's Included?

Everything we do is custom to our client’s needs and included in most packages. However, you can order prints, canvases and albums right from our website !

Where are you located?

We are based in Atlanta, Georgia.

What is your style of photography?

Story Telling that captures the authentic moments of the event. We do capture staged shoots depending on the event and settings.

Do you provide an online gallery?

Yes. Our online gallery allows you and your guests to view all of the professionally enhanced images from your event. You or your guests can purchase prints and enlargements right online. The online gallery is on our website for up to 6 months after it’s first posted. You will need a password to review your images.

How many photographs will you take?

The range of images taken depends on the length of your event and the package you purchase. We will capture several thousand images during any given event.

Where do we meet for consultation?

We typically like to meet at the venue of your event so that we can walk through the story you are looking to tell with your event. If this isn’t possible we will come to a location of your choice: home, coffee shop, bookstore, etc.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Most clients book their photographer as soon as they have a date and a venue chosen. Popular dates such as in May and October tend to book as early as a year out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or any major credit card and Paypal. You can book online on our investment page.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. We take 1/2 down to book and the other 1/2 is due one month before the event. We must receive payment in full a one month before the event in order to secure our services for that day. If your event is booked within the month of the event, full payment is due at booking.


When should we do our engagement pictures or bridal sitting?

ASAP! If you want prints back before your wedding day, schedule the sitting more than 8 weeks beforehand.

What is the typical turn-around time?

Our typical turn-around time for photography is 4-6 weeks to upload online.

Do we get a copy of the digital images of the retouched final edit?

Yes, digital images with rights to reproduce for personal use are included in all of our packages.

Do you offer photo retouching?

Yes, all our images our professionally edited and enhanced as needed.

Do you offer black and white prints?

Yes, we offer color, black and white, and sepia tone and the hot NEW Metallic prints, Frames, canvas, and a whole host of other products (iphone/iPad cases, coffee cups, etc).

Can you create save the date and/ or thank you cards and other photo products for us?

Yes, Please note: We do not provide images to third parties to produce the same products that we offer, this is simply a matter of professionalism.

Do you offer coffee table albums?

We offer only the highest quality albums both traditional, modern and coffee-table styles.

What size albums do you offer?

The options for album sizes are absolutely endless.  You can see the full line of albums and other products we carry in the client section of our website.

How long does it take to get my album?

There are several work flows involved.  After having a selection of images to go in the album, a custom design takes about 2-3 weeks.  The amount of time it takes you to approve or submit changes for the album is dependent on you.  Once the album design is approved, generally the album is received in about 6 weeks.  If your album has metallic paper, turnaround may be 8 weeks.

What is a bridal session?

A bridal session is a time to take pictures of you on a day different than your wedding day.  It’s a Southern tradition that started when parents wanted their daughter\’s wedding announcement to run in the paper the Sunday after their Saturday wedding.  However, it has grown into session that allows the bride to have more fashion-oriented images taken at a location different from where she is getting married and without the stress and time constraints of the wedding day.

Do we have to decide what type of album we want before the wedding?

No. You may purchase an album a la carte after your wedding.  Our advice is this: If dad is paying for your wedding, go ahead and include the album now because he wants to write one check and be done with wedding expenses afterward.  If you are paying for the wedding yourselves, its ok to take time to recover from wedding expenses and get an album for your one year anniversary!

Do I decide which images go in the album or do you?

Yes, you may be involved as much are as little as you like in the design process.  Please understand though that if you start making more than a few changes to an album design additional design expenses will be accrued.


Do you carry back up equipment?

Yes. We always carry back up equipment, and shoots onto two cards at once in many cases. It is virtually impossible for us to lose your photographs due to a camera or card malfunction.

What will you wear?

Our team will be dressed in all black or Sunday Dress as to not draw attention to ourselves. Our goal is to get the best shots without causing any distractions.

Can other people take photos while you are taking photos?

Absolutely! However we ask that others not photograph our formal group shots so that we can keep everyone\’s attention. The last thing you want is to get your pictures back with everyone looking at another camera.

What Camera do you shot with?

We have the newest professional and top-of-the line digital photography equipment available on the market today so that you can be assured your wedding day is caught on high quality, digitally enhanced photos that will last for a lifetime. We bring back-up cameras, an assortment of lenses, flashes, and other equipment to each event.

Are your prints real photographs or inkjet prints?

All photographs ordered through our website are photographically printed at our preferred lab paper.
